BASH TUSCALOOSA TEAM

Beth Allen

Beth Allen

BASH Founder

BASH Founder, Beth Allen creates weekly programs that are ever changing and keep the body guessing and a little confused so that it will make the changes, women work so hard for in their workouts.
To keep it fresh, she designs her classes around unconventional counts, patterns (exercise classifications) and pyramids (a stepped approach to sets) as well as unique movements with a wide variety of “toys” (equipment).  Beth has had great success with women’s bodies in every stage of life from teenage girls to post-menopausal women.

BASH Studios are located in Mississippi, Arkansas and Alabama and are preparing to grow into more cities.

With a positive outlook on everything she does, Beth is uplifting and one of the biggest cheerleader in the women’s fitness and health field.

“With mindful and intentional movement, all women can reform their minds and bodies. With that comes empowerment and confidence so that we can all embrace our inner Queen and let her shine.”

FAVORITE THING ABOUT BASH METHODS – My favorite part about the BASH method is that it truly levels up traditional reformer pilates making it more fun and it allows you to see results that leave you feeling good in your own skin. We are always playing around with creating new moves and sequences so that it never gets boring or repetitive.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO OUR TABLE OF WOMEN -I bring creativity and confidence to our table. Confidence is all about believing in yourself and your abilities, but in order to reflect that onto others, it is important to share ideas and opinions. I am lucky to be surrounded by these women who lift up my creativity and drive me to be the best version of myself, but also share their thoughts and suggestions so that we may grow together. Our table is definitely a special one!
